Camp Lejeune Water Contamination Lawsuit

This Is An Active Lawsuit

See If You Can File

Routine water testing in 1982 found that drinking water sources at Camp Lejeune were contaminated toxic chemicals. Nearly one million marines and their families between 1953 and 1987 at Camp Lejeune were exposed to harmful chemicals that were found in the water. Chemicals such as benzene, trichloroethylene (TCE), tetrachloroethylene, or perchloroethylene (PCE), and vinyl chloride (VC), all of which are known to be carcinogenic or harmful to humans. Contamination of water was documented at extremely high and unacceptable levels in some cases. The Camp Lejeune Justice Act of 2022 is a bipartisan bill intended to ensure that individuals – veterans, their family members or other individuals living or working at the base between 1953 and 1987 – who were harmed by water contamination at Camp Lejeune receive fair compensation. Many of these individuals have had their claims inappropriately denied or delayed, resulting in additional harm. Help is available by clicking on the Claims button below.

Do You Use Roundup Weed Killer?

This Is An Active Lawsuit

See If You Can File

Monsanto's Roundup©, the most commonly used weed killer in history, has been linked to cancer. Suffering Roundup users are alleging they got non-Hodgkin's lymphoma from the weed killer. In 2015, the WHO’s International Agency for Research on Cancer (IARC) classified glyphosate, Roundup’s main ingredient, as “probably carcinogenic in humans” based on various human, animal and in vitro studies. Roundup lawyers expect a settlement of over $12 billion. More jury awards to qualified claims would push that settlement number higher. If you or a loved one contracted non-Hodgkin's lymphoma after using Roundup, see if you qualify for a claim today by clicking on the Claims button below.
